Evangelism 101

Evangelism is simply the communication of the gospel by saved people to lost people.

Which can be shared one to one or  in a group setting.

What Evangelism Is Not:

1. Simply living a “good, moral life.”
2. Church membership recruitment.
3. A job for specialist only – e.g. pastors, staff, itinerant evangelist.
4. The labeling of certain [church related] events to be evangelistic when they are not.

Why do some Christians fail to share Christ?

1. They do not understand that God “expects” every Christian to witness.
2. They mistakenly believe it is a job for the “specialist.”
3. They do not think that they have a valid testimony to share.
4. They simply do not know how.
5. They need someone to teach them how.
